Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Template maintenance in various SaaS platforms (VOIP, help desk, CRM, ERP, Task management)
- Automation logic and workflow management (incl AI features)
- Managing users and user roles/profiles
- On-demand reporting to stakeholders
- Communication with service providers
- Team support and troubleshooting
Our key requirements are:
- Core understanding of SaaS and CRM eco-systems
- Core understanding of process and project management
- Analytical and system thinking
- Basic understanding of OOP
- English (intermediate) - ability to read and write technical documentation
- Ability to work in a constantly changing environment
- Desire to learn fast
The following will be a plus:
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Web-developer console basics
- Previous experience working with enterprise SaaS platforms
- Experience with cloud CRM, Atlassian (Jira, ServiceDesk, Confluence), etc
