We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Software Release Coordinator to join our team in Minsk. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing the software release process across multiple teams and projects.You will work closely with product managers, developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of high-quality software. This is a senior level role and we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end software release cycles across multiple projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure release schedules are aligned with project goals and timelines.
- Track and manage tasks using Jira, ensuring visibility and accountability across all teams.
- Identify and resolve release-related issues and risks, escalating where appropriate.
- Facilitate communication and updates between development, QA, and operations teams.
- Maintain detailed documentation and reporting related to release planning and execution.
- Continuously improve release processes for efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
Required Qualifications:
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is a must.
- 4+ years of proven experience in project management, ideally in a software development environment.
- Strong expertise with Jira for task and project tracking.
- Demonstrated experience managing software releases, including planning, coordination, and delivery.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices.
- Background in software development or QA is a plus.
