We are continuing to grow and are looking for an ambitious and proactive Lawyer to join our team.
We expect from you:
- Legal education;
- English not lower than Upper Intermediate level, all correspondence is in English;
- Experience with intellectual property law;
- Experience with corporate law;
- Legal research skills and experience;
- Basic knowledge of GDPR;
- Experience with SaaS and other types of service agreements.
- Responsibility, perseverance, dedication, attentiveness, resourcefulness, logical thinking;
- Self-learning, laws change very often and you need to be able to find additional information on your own;
- Ability and willingness to check information several times, rather than relying on “everyone does it” and “it says so”;
Responsibilities that await you:
- Initial proofreading of contracts;
- Drafting contracts in English (basic level);
- Proofreading of regulatory requirements (basic level);
- Checking companies (whether there is such a legal entity, signatories);
- Signing contracts with individuals: FOP, NDA;
- Advising employees on the main issues of registration, taxation;
- Assistance to the chief lawyer in his work.
