SpurIT is an expert in Shopify development. Our company offers in-house products—web applications for Shopify. Additionally, we collaborate with clients to develop web applications and online stores on the Shopify platform.

What Our Customer Support Specialist Will Do
- Assist customers using our applications and help resolve their inquiries.
- Provide technical support for web applications.
- Communicate via chat, phone, and email.
- Work during night shifts.
You Are a Great Fit If
- You have strong written and spoken English (B2 level).
- You have a basic understanding of the IT sector.
- You can work with high attention to detail and focus.
A Plus If You Have
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Experience communicating with English-speaking users in a professional setting.
Products & Clients
Our Customer Support Specialists work in two directions:
- Supporting SpurIT’s own products.
- Providing technical support for outstaffing clients.
Our products include 20+ Shopify apps and several BigCommerce apps. Work with outstaffing clients involves supporting four different applications.
Compensation
- Salary consists of a fixed base plus bonuses for customer interactions, paid in USD.
- Work on holidays and weekends is paid at an increased rate.
