Firebird Tours is looking for a BA Analyst to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Requirements gathering, elicitation and documentation in close collaboration with stakeholders and development teams
- Modeling (processes, integrations, etc)
- Development team support (pre-dev, dev, QA)
- Performing Business Review and acceptance testing
- Business transition support (Q&A, improvements and bug fixes)
Skills & Knowledges:
- Understanding and knowledge of BA processes and standards (BABOK 3.0 - nice to have)
- Good understanding and real experience with SalesForce as Business Analyst (we use Sales Cloud & Service Cloud)
- Understanding of a few elicitation techniques (interviews, workshops, analysis of existing documents, etc)
- Knowledge of a few modeling notation (BPMN, UML, etc)
- Data analysis skills - ability to find patterns (Excel)
- Ability to use one of design/prototyping tools (e.g. Figma) - nice to have
- Task & Documentation management system knowledge (Jira / Confluence)
- SQL / DBMS understanding (on basic level) - nice to have
- Analytical & Critical thinking
- Detail-oriented
- Multitasking
- Ability to get along with fast changing environment
- Understanding and ability to adapt to SDLC
