We are looking for talent seeking to grow professionally in a modern rapidly developing company. Previous experience in the sphere is a plus, but not a must.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Template maintenance in various SaaS platforms (Salesforce, VOIP, help desk, CRM, ERP, task management)
- Automation logic and workflow management
- Managing users and user roles/profiles
- On-demand reporting to stakeholders
- Communication with system providers
- Internal help center & support
Our key requirements are:
- Core understanding of SaaS and CRM eco-systems
- Core understanding of process and project management
- Analytical and system thinking
- Basic understanding of OOP
- English (intermediate) - ability to read and write technical documentation.
- Ability to work in a constantly changing environment
- Desire to learn fast
The following will be a plus:
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Web-developer console basics
- Previous experience working with enterprise SaaS platforms
- Experience with Salesforce CRM, Atlassian (Jira, ServiceDesk, Confluence), etc
