Mainsoft invites Sales Development Representative to work as a part of our Business Development Department.

Responsibilities:
- Qualify sales leads and handle lead development pipeline
- Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
- Communicate with prospects and clients via LinkedIn/email/calls/etc
- Present the company and its solutions and provide the most complete information to our potential clients
- Sourcing new sales prospects and reaching out to them to generate interest
- Update the CRM regularly with all sales activities and account information
Required skills:
- 2+ years of experience in IT Sales (outsource software development)
- Ability to successfully communicate with contacts via email, video and presentations
- Fluent English skills (B2+)
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent oral, written and verbal communications skills
- Knowledge of the IT industry, with the capacity to learn and retain knowledge about individual products and business solutions quickly and accurately
- Solid understanding of sales processes in IT
- Desire to advance your sales skills and learn new sales tactics
