About the role:
On The Spot Development invites a talented and result-driven Junior Business Development Manager to join our in-house team.
Responsibilities:
- Generating leads and building a client database
- Scouting for new business opportunities and partnerships
- Cultivating connections with potential clients and partners
- Passing leads to the Sales Specialist, with the opportunity to take on deal negotiations over time
- Maintaining and updating information in a CRM system
- Contributing to process enhancements
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development minimum 1+ year
- Experience in outbound B2B sales
- Proficiency in English (B2+)
- Strong understanding of the market and industry trends
- Proficiency in using CRM and other sales tools
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
