Responsibilities:
- Coordinate work of our marketing team which consists of 10 online marketers;
- Set tasks and control work, report on results to management;
- Collaborate with other teams in the company to accomplish company goals and objectives,
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a marketing manager or senior specialists;
- Experience in managing others, including hiring and firing;
- Successful experience in implementing projects (websites, apps, etc)
- In-depth understanding of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads;
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including: Google Analytics, SEO, email marketing (transactional and promotional);
- Experience with Jira;
- Understanding sales funnels;
- Advanced spoken and written English;
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment of a growing business;
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
