Rovensys is a custom software development company. One of our project is an all in one cloud based software solutions dedicated to streamlining the operations of medical offices and improving patient care.

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the sales cycle and contracting new clients that can benefit from our technology. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment and strives to hit and exceed sales targets

Responsibilities

  • True hunter position with internal support systems in place to provide qualified leads.
  • Execute daily outbound calls/emails to effectively build a strong pipeline.
  • Contact decision makers (Practice Managers, doctors), build rapport and assess their needs.
  • Clearly articulate product value and solutions to client needs so that it leads to meaningful conversation with prospects.
  • Generate new business opportunities and manage sales pipeline in the CRM.
  • Conduct online demos with prospects and effectively manage the entire sales process from initial contact to deal closure/contracting.
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Collaborate with Management to maintain transparency and sales growth.
  • Work with the product client's social networks, websites, creatives.
  • Assistance in the preparation of marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with the product team and SEO team.

Requirements

  • Experience in USA English speaking market from 3 month, preferably medical topics.
  • Advanced English is a must.
  • Excellent verbal/social media communication skills with a proactive and positive approach to tasks.
  • Use of CRM, MS Office, and web conferencing software.
  • College degree preferred.
  • Team-working abilities.
  • Prior experience in SaaS sales, business development, experience of selling to doctors/clinics is a big plus, but not a requirement.
