Who we are looking for (it’s fine if you do not satisfy all points, but should have more than a half):

1. You have strong marketing fundamentals and knowledge of all major marketing areas
2. You have a good understanding of major marketing techniques and channels, it’s pros and cons
3. You have at least 1, but better a couple of years of applying your skills and knowledge to real life (working experience)
4. Marketing for you is all about understanding clients and finding the right words at the right moment for them instead of heavy pitching or manipulating.
5. You have a deep curiosity and empathy for people to listen to them carefully, and understand their pains and needs.
6. You have a proper mix of creativity and consistency.
7. Technology and startups make you feel energized and excited.
8. You could value the group and a team and get pleasure in giving, and not only care about your own interests.
9. You are ready for a long path and understand that nothing will come for itself without long, hard work.
10. You are an open-minded person who will be able to share our culture.
11. You are really good in at least one of these: Branding, PR, SEO, SMM, Target (PPC)

It will be super cool if you also satisfy some of these conditions:

1. You are a person with DO-attitude, who is not afraid to operate with uncertainty to deliver value.
2. You have successful experience of marketing campaigns in Tech B2B area.
3. Decent copywriting skills in both Russian and English
4. Internet Ad's management experience and real-life experience in launching successful, high-conversion campaigns.
5. You are a great communicator who loves to talk to people, listen to them, express and communicate your ideas.
6. You have the ability to analyze a high amount of information, dig and research new domains quickly.
7. Data, interviews, tests, surveys is your major framework for making decisions.
