We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team.

Job Description:

- As a Business Development Manager at Optrement, you will be responsible for driving business growth and establishing new client relationships. - With a strong background in digital sales, you will utilize your expertise in utilizing LinkedIn for lead generation.- This position requires a high level of proficiency in English (B2 level or above) - The ability to work independently - The role offers remote work options, providing flexibility for individuals looking to work from anywhere. 


- Identify potential clients and develop new business opportunities- Utilize LinkedIn effectively as a tool for lead generation and client acquisition- Conduct market research to analyze trends and identify target industries for business development- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients- Collaborate with the technical team to understand and effectively communicate our services to clients- Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned targets- Rare cold calling (30 calls per month) 


- Knowledge and understanding of AI, AR VR, blockchain, and custom software development projects- Proven track record of successful digital sales and business development within the technology industry- Demonstrated experience in utilizing LinkedIn as a lead generation tool- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (B2 level or above)- Self-motivated and able to work independently, meeting deadlines and achieving targets- Exceptional soft skills, including negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
