And now we are looking for a very important member of the Marketing team — a Lead generation manager.
If you aren't eager to get up early and go to the office, we are precisely what you need, as we are a completely remote team located. But this doesn’t prevent us from sometimes meeting and having fun. We will improve together, play mafia after work, ‘fly’ from a snowy slope on skis and snowboarding, meet with the Dektry team at daily zoom coffee breaks, and just discuss nonsense in our internal meetups.
What will you be responsible for?
- Creating, managing and tracking LinkedIn&email outbound campaigns;
- Designing outbound campaigns according to the level of interaction of the contacts and the status of campaigns;
- Segmenting and maintaining a lead database with connection story;
- Creating contact lists to run outbound сampaing according to ICP;
- Maintaining contact database and generating appropriate lists, managing and reporting;
- Managing corporate LinkedIn accounts;
- Automated leads chains in the funnel in accordance with CJM;
- Cooperation with the sales manager.

Requirements:
- English Upper-Intermediate (B2) and higher (at least writing);
- Experience as a Lead generation manager or a related field — over 1 year;
- Experience using CRM software and other sales tools listed above;
- Ability to work independently and productively with minimum supervision;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Willingness to try new approaches to problem-solving;
- Ability to view problems from multiple perspectives and propose creative solutions that consider different criteria and evaluation metrics;
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decisions;
- Comfortable with learning and using new technologies and tools;
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
