As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business by converting leads into qualified sales opportunities. You will focus on outreach, prospecting, and lead qualification. You will work closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation efforts and will be the first point of contact for prospective clients.
What You Will Do:
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities;
- Provide introductory contact and a strong first experience to Appodeal prospects (from our contact base);
- Generate new opportunities from outbound prospecting through cold outreach (LinkedIn and email);
- Look for new contacts through various channels;
- Schedule and book meetings with potential clients;
- Meet and exceed quotas by contacting new outbound opportunities;
- Develop and implement best practices for lead generation;
- Maintain a strong knowledge of our product and communicate its value clearly to prospects;
- Meaningfully impact the business as one the key members of our sales team.
An ideal candidate will have:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Sales Development, preferably in an international market, tech/digital company, and fast-paced environment;
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills;
- Experience with outbound sales techniques using email and LinkedIn;
- Familiarity with SDR tech stack or similar tools such as LinkedIn SalesNavigator, CRM systems etc.;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Demonstrated quota achievement and track record of success in prior roles;
- A growth mindset, willingness to learn from challenges, take ownership and execute;
- Fluent Business English language skills.
