About the role

We are looking for a goal-oriented, ambitious, and energetic Sales&Business Development Manager to extend our IT Services Sales office. 

As a Sales&Business Development Manager, you will be in charge of driving and executing the IT Sales development activities to reach operational and financial goals. You should have a strong track record of business development and/or a strong background in sales. You should be able to generate business for the company by hands-on developing new leads and sales channels.

Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential clients. This is a full-sales cycle role with an emphasis on lead generation and prospecting:

  • Proactive market analysis and research (US/Canada/UK/Western Europe)
  • Contact potential clients through cold emails and calls, and using your network
  • Identify decision-makers, suggest appropriate products/services for potential client needs
  • Generate new leads
  • Develop and implement overarching outbound sales
  • Present the company’s products/services to potential clients
  • Own proposal development and presentation process
  • Close deals


  • 1-2+ years of experience in active IT sales and business development (B2B)
  • Hands-on lead generation experience (NA/EU regions are preferable)
  • Excellent relationship building and communication skills
  • Strong experience with CRM tools, Excel, Sales Prospecting Life Cycle, good knowledge of Software Development Process
  • Strong self-organizing skills, focus on key tasks and result
  • Fluent English is a must

  • Networking with IT C-Level Executives(CXO/VP/Director Level)
  • Working with Hubspot CRM
  • High-end Technology Solutions Selling Awareness in Digital, Cloud, Data, Integration, Agile, End to End Applications Development/Support, Offshore/Onsite IT Service Delivery
