DarwinApps is a rapidly growing digital agency based in Washington, DC, with Belarusian roots, which supports  clients and projects, spanning various industries, organization sizes, missions and visions and which works with a myriad of technological and creative platforms. Our clients vary from start-ups to big brands like Audi, Seagate and World Resource Institute; from non-profit organizations to purely commercial ones. 

Now DarwinApps is looking for a Digital Marketing and Demand Generation Specialist whose responsibilities will be dual:

1) To promote DarwinApps and to increase awareness of the company at the American digital market, and to create new leads;

2) To collaborate with DarwinApps clients marketing teams doing the same for them. 

This position implies a lot of creativity, freedom to propose new ideas and to take decisions, to try new approaches and a possibility to learn from the best of the best of the American digital marketing teams as the majority of our clients are doing exactly that - they create demand generation without any restrictions as our team make sure they have no limitation tech wise. You will be able to get all the top-notch inventions first-hand

You will work very closely with and report to CEO of the company. 

Your general responsibilities will be

  • To create and to implement the marketing strategy and marketing programs that capture and nurture new leads across the multiply channels (including but not limited to SEM, organic search, email, targeted social advertising, cooperative marketing with the partners, paid traffic acquisition); 
  • To drive inbound lead generation; 
  • To analyze new leads and their conversion, and to optimize it; 
  • To formulate and to implement sales funnels; 
  • To manage and to optimize DarwinApps website and its content for search; 
  • To create technical specifications for designers and developers;
  • To be responsible for DarwinApps social networks and their promotion; 
  • To find new ways to promote DarwinApps and to find new audience opportunities; 
  • To analyze and to monitor performance of DarwinApps social and newsletter channels and content.


We don’t care that much about the term of your working experience or the regalia you have; the more important is the passion and the talent you bring to the table. With that said it will be nice if you have the following experience and knowledge:

  1. 3+ years of experience of working in digital marketing;
  2. Knowledge of the marketing principles and strategies; 
  3. Knowledge of the website development lifecycle (SDLC) and how it applies to custom CMS builds; 
  4. Deep knowledge of Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mixpanel and other analytical instruments; 
  5. Knowledge of SEO and SEM;
  6. Knowledge of Marketing Automation Platforms like Salesforce, Marketo, Eloqua; 
  7. Knowledge of the latest digital media technologies;
  8. Knowledge of digital internal world; 
  9. Love of a growth hacking; 
  10. Love of analytics and a data driven approach; 
  11. Excellent written and spoken English;
  12. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

You will be able to work from anywhere for this fully remote work, but the more overlap you have with 09.00-17.00 EST time, the better.
