We are looking for someone, who isn’t afraid of difficulties, tries, fails, and tries again; someone whose greed and passion for closing deals are more potent than the most avid poker player.

If you aren't eager to get up early and go to the office, we are exactly what you need, as we are a completely remote team located. But this doesn’t prevent us from sometimes meeting and having fun. We will improve together, play mafia after work, ‘fly’ from a snowy slope on skis, and just discuss nonsense.

What will you be doing?

  • Work closely with the lead generator and create targeting by industries;
  • Form CJM  and contact points with leads and customers at every stage;
  • Classify leads and customers as well as organize work with them depending on the milestone of the sales funnel, perform regular warm-ups under the sales stage (CRM); 
  • Create a base of partners and conduct regular communications to conclude deals;
  • Communicate with customers, understand their needs, and promote the solutions and services they need (negotiations and correspondence);
  • Participate in project evaluations, decompose the customer’s idea into a preliminary list of features;
  • Set up a CRM system and automate sales processes;
  • Develop corporate Sales PlayBook;
  • Form and implement the company representation at the points of contact with customers (meetings, correspondence, interactions in social networks, etc.);
  • Increase coverage in existing customers (up-sale, cross-sale);
  • Plan your time and achieve the goals of the company;
  • Prepare materials for working with customers and leads with marketing (presentations, case books, emails, etc.); 
  • In the future become a leader and form a sales department.


  • English Upper-Intermediate and higher (oral and writing);
  • Experience as an IT Sales Manager / Account Manager / Project Manager / Marketing Manager –– 1 year +;
  • B2B sales experience;
  • SDLC understanding;
  • Understanding of development methodologies; 
  • Outbound lead generation technologies and scenarios understanding;
  • Ability to work with CRMs (HubSpot etc.), Sales Automation Tools, Google Workspace Products, Presentation tools, Touch Points tools, Pipeline; 
  • Copywriting skills for email correspondence; 
  • The ability to digitize the state of the lead base and the results of your work in the indicators and dashboards forms;
  • Understanding of products, IT technologies, features of domains, industries and countries; 
  • ABM technologies and scenarios in lead generation upsell, cross-sell knowledge. Analyzing the profile of the target person and building tactics skills;
  • Sociability including business correspondence skills;
  • Possession of technologies for working with objections and arguments; 
  • Ability to analyze situations;
  • Ability to make a decision on your own and defend your position;
  • Responsibility and self-organizing;
  • Attentiveness to details and tasks;
  • Willingness to learn new and ask questions;
  • Proactive attitude;
  • Creativity and ambition;
  • Good knowledge of IT tools and the ability to quickly understand new ones;
  • Willingness to learn new things and ask questions, proactive attitude.

It will be a big plus: 

  • Understanding the features of the mobile platforms;
  • Understanding the venture market and startup market.
