AKDev Group is a close-knit, creative team. We specialize in the design, software development, maintenance and create complex and high-load projects, CRMs , Social networks, FinTech, E-commerce, EdTech projects.

Currently, we’re growing our sales team and are ready to bring in a motivated Sales Manager who will be a part of our team supporting our business development activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full cycle of sales
  • Search and generation of new leads through automated lead generation process, ability and desire to learn new sales techniques
  • Qualification of leads and initial requests
  • Understanding and shaping the client's business needs
  • Conducting a presentation about the company and its services
  • Negotiating with clients and successfully closing the deal
  • Relationship management with new customers
  • Formation of commercial offers
  • Interaction with the CTO, Head of sales and the team at the pre-sale stages

Requirements:

  • 1.5+ years of experience in B2B sales of IT services
  • Experience with closed deals
  • Understanding the specifics of the service IT business and the industry as a whole
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent English
