Objective of the role:

A combined Project Manager/Business Analyst role is responsible for overall project management and planning activities for internal projects and for the full cycle of planning/implementation/delivery of larger projects. The Project Manager/Business Analyst is also responsible for ensuring that the final deliverable of a software development project meets all of the intended needs of the business. This combined role is needed to remove gaps in communication for Client-embedded projects and to streamline project development lifecycle: develop and analyze requirements, create  project roadmap, maintain detailed and accurate documentation per all project standards, manage the implementation efforts and ensure that all aspects of the system are in line with set specifications and goals.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and manage all internal project implementations: develop and manage project plans, define and plan individual project deliverables as a part of the overall internal program, manage stakeholders expectations and all project relationships, manage project teams in delivering these projects, communicate and manage weekly and daily tasks and activities to implementation teams, and provide performance feedback to team members and higher management as appropriate.
  • Effectively communicate both verbally (i.e. day-to-day discussions, team meetings) and in document form (requirements and design specifications), as well as be clear and precise in all communications.
  • Lend support to other internal teams for consulting their prospects and acquiring new clients, and coordinate their involvement as necessary during project delivery.
  • Efficiently manage multiple priorities of internal and external projects, allocate team efforts and track their utilization. Prioritize backlog items for the team, balancing business goals and capacity.
  • Efficiently manage project resources: project plan/scope/budget/resource management, time management (activities & task planning), communications. 
  • Monitor project performance and communicate issues and possible risks to the manager.
  • Effectively organize overall project workflow: requirement gathering, risk management, development, QA and testing, user training, ongoing maintenance and support. 
  • Perform requirements gathering: business analysis, stakeholder interviews, JAD sessions, business data gathering, systems modeling, business process modeling, gathering business rules and logic.
  • Document and maintain project requirements: development of implementation plans, document requirements and project architectures. Maintain and upkeep internal knowledge base and other relevant information.
  • Perform requirements analysis troubleshooting, estimate implementation efforts. Accurately assess the risks associated with each solution design/project.
  • Develop and implement test plans/scenarios to validate successful delivery of a project.
  • Accurately track and manage project tasks, activity and time spent. Manage Wrike workspaces and reporting per internal standards.
  • Support the development of team members from a professional and technical level.
  • Ability to travel as necessary for project development, and perform additional job-related duties as requested.

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Thorough working knowledge of the SDLC methodologies.
  • Experience with requirements management, use case and modeling tools. Ability to apply common, object-oriented modeling techniques, including UML, use case, activity and sequence diagrams.
  • Strong project management skills with small/medium teams and Client-embedded software development projects.
  • Strong business and systems analysis skills, planning and testing skills, troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience in data gathering and discovery facilitation techniques (i.e. meetings and JAD sessions). General knowledge of various analysis approaches, methodologies and models.
  • Demonstrated leadership and attention to detail through prior experience at the strategic and tactical/implementation levels.
  • Excellent communicability and “soft” skills for leading technical personnel through the delivery of software development projects.
  • Ability to coach, mentor and train personnel within a technical organization.
  • Full working English proficiency

Education / Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, General Information Technology or a related field, AND
  • At least 5 (five) years of combined relevant experience in project management/business analysis with software development projects, OR equivalent combination of education and experience.


  • Experience with numerous cloud environments and architectures, including PaaS and SaaS and IT systems integration and implementation to projects. 
  • Experience with the Digital Marketing / Analytics domain.
  • Certifications and formal training in negotiation/facilitation skills

12:00 pm - 8:00 pm (Monday - Thursday). 6-hours Fridays, Short 4-hours Summer Fridays 

Salary range for this position is based on prior experience and qualifications. Currently due to the Covid-19 pandemic, all interviews are being held remotely and no in-person interviews are available.
